The
Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy
and Campus Crime Statistics Act, or Clery
Act, provides students and families, as higher education consumers, with
the information they need to make informed decisions. This publication is
provided in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the Clery Act.
Reported Crimes
These crime statistics are published in accordance with the definitions
described in the Uniform Crime Reporting Handbook published by the U.S.
Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Arrests For Specified Crimes
The Clery Act requires us to publish the
number of arrests made for the crime categories listed below. Violations that
resulted in disciplinary action other than arrest are not shown. Issuance of a
citation is counted as an arrest.
